Mr. Pearse Coyle is the Founder and serves as Partner at Deep Tech Seed Fund. Deeptech Seed Fund is a multi-stage investor that invests early in new ventures in Europe that have achieved a significant breakthrough in technology/science and now wish to exploit a global commercial opportunity. We invest only in ventures that have come through one of the incubator programmes that we have partnered with and we don't do life-sciences.He serves as Chief Executive Officer at NVMdurance. He serves as Board Member at Qoitech. He also serves as Board Member at Signapse. He joined NVMdurance as CEO in 2013. He is a serial entrepreneur who played a key role in the early commercial development of data storage and other technology companies that went on to significant exits or continue to trade successfully. These include Eurologic, Peregrine/Exceptis and Propylon. A computer science graduate of Trinity College, Dublin his focus at NVMdurance is sales, marketing and funding. Since June 2009, Pearse has been a partner in [CorporateSpinouts.com](http://corporatespinouts.com/) which is focused on the completion of commercial assessments of potential ventures. Corporate Spinouts works closely with New Venture Partners, which has funded over 50 corporate spin-outs, to identify and prepare spin-out ventures for investment. Pearse Coyle (Dublin, Ireland) and Tom Burniece (San Jose, California) have a vision that only with access to the right investors – from the very beginning - can great inventions be the basis for world-leading companies. They’ve both founded and worked in multiple successful ventures. Previously they angel invested but this is their first VC fund. Most recently, Tom and Pearse worked together to spin NVMdurance out of an Irish university, raised two rounds of US VC funding and ultimately secured an exit.
